Coach Jim Harbaugh and his Michigan Wolverine’s are preparing for their gave with Central Florida University on Military Appreciation day at the Big House. Military appreciation day is designed to bring recognition to Veterans who are Michigan alumni or backers and raise money for veterans. Use the hashtag #MGoTroops to help bring attention to the event.

Opening Night For The Ann Arbor Symphony

World recognized pianist Jon Kimura Parker is the special guest as the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra kicks off their 2016/2017 season on September 10th. The Symphony will perform Brahms Piano Concerto No. 2 and two other pieces.

The concert will be performed at Hill Auditorium and the curtain goes up at 8 p.m.

Quique Sinesi

One of Argentina’s most revered guitarists will be performing at the Kerrytown Concert House on September 11th. Quique Sinesi has played representing Argentina on stages all over the world and has been nominated several times for Latin Grammy’s. The show starts at 8 p.m.

Sports Options for U of M Parents and Fans

Good luck to all Michigan Athletes, family, fans, and friends at home or on the road, Go Blue!  

Women’s Soccer will play UC Riverside on September 9th at the U-M Soccer Stadium starting at 7:30 p.m.

Football plays Central Florida on September 10th at the Big House (Military Appreciation Day) and kickoff is at 12:00 p.m.

Field Hockey will play Villanova at  Ocker Field starting at 1:00 pm.

Looking For Laughs

The Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase brings comedian Frank Roche to Ann Arbor. Mr. Roche is a two-time winner of the Boston Comedy Festival “Festival Favorite” award and has performed on America’s Got Talent.

The shows start Friday and Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. and at 10:30 p.m.
